SECURITY > ABOVE EVERYTHING: your data and documents are particularly safe because we are paranoid about security and urge you to be the same. For the technically minded, here are our security protocols on a single page.
CHECKLISTS ON A PAGE: This is a one-page summary of your Now Sorted checklists … all provided for free.
CHECKLIST 1: This will help you collect and collate your important documents for easy entering and quick uploading into your Now Sorted vault. Don’t forget to scan your original documents (using your smart device’s camera or app or your scanner).
CHECKLIST 2: If don’t have it already, this tool enables you to bring all your key financial data together so that you can enter it easily and quickly. If you already have the data, you don’t need to re-enter it here … and for your report, just use the Appendix feature.
CHECKLIST 3: If you or members of your family have signed guarantees, this is where you can record them to enter a simple explanation, to whom the guarantee is given, and the amount. Easy.
CHECKLIST 4A: This is to collect and record your insurance policies related to life, income protection, disability, and trauma, etc. If you already have the data, you don’t need to re-enter it here … and for your report, just use the Appendix feature. Refer to Details on the card for the Family > Open Family Details > Report Settings.
CHECKLIST 4B: Use this checklist tool to locate and enter general/property insurance details. If you already have the data, you don’t need to re-enter it here … and for your report, just use the Appendix feature.
CHECKLIST 5: Cash flow – both the Domestic and Business – are important to know. In the event of ‘a serious issue’ it’s vital for trusted others to know too if they are to provide positive assistance. Identify and enter key income/expense items. Your software will do the all the addition and subtraction for you.
CHECKLIST 6: Important numbers are vital to have at any time – and especially in emergencies. List and record essential bank, credit card, and ‘other’ numbers. Never put your PINs in the same location as bank and credit card numbers.
CHECKLIST 7: Family (and business colleagues) always need a list of Important People to contact when things don’t go right … use this tool to identify close family members, professional advisers, and key business associates and prepare them for listing into your Now Sorted software.
CHECKLIST FOR YOUR EXECUTOR – PART 1: Most people simply do not know how much the Executor of an estate has to do. That’s why this checklist is so important. CHECKLIST FOR YOUR EXECUTOR – PART 2: This invaluable tool indicates 23 steps for the Estate executor to take from the time of probate to estate distribution. Most people have no idea there is this much to do – but this tool is a useful guide. We always recommend getting help and input from a suitably qualified legal practitioner in this process.
